DUMONT GREEN, BROOKLYN: PHOTOVOLTAIC
Dumont Green at is a 176-unit, low-income rental building constructed in Brooklyn's East New York neighborhood by Manhattan-based developer the Hudson Companies. The eight-story building features the largest solar electric system (80.5 kilowatts) installed on a residential building in New York City.

DINKINS GARDENS, MANHATTAN: PHOTOVOLTAIC
Dinkins Gardens is an affordable housing development in upper Manhattan. Bright Power designed the building’s 22 kiloWatt (kW) solar system, and managed all aspects of the installation and maintenance training for building staff. The system now generates approximately 23,000 kiloWatt hours (kWh) a year of clean electricity for the building’s public areas.
